Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Emily, the owner of Bubba’s Bread. I was born and raised in Delmar and now live in Colonie with my sweet boyfriend and our two handsome golden retriever boys. Bubba’s Bread is named after my golden best friend, Bubba, who is a huge part of the heart behind this little business.
What started as a simple love for baking quickly turned into a passion for creating homemade sourdough and sharing it with others. Every loaf is made with patience, care, and love, and I’m so grateful to share a piece of my small business with you.
